Booking Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions:
1\. Tickets purchased online are non-transferable
2\. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3\. Children under 5 go free
4\. COVID guidelines: We shall adhere strictly to the most up-to-date Government and local guidelines to keep our visitors and staff safe. This currently means anyone who:
a. has a POSITIVE COVID test result or
b. show signs or symptoms of a coronavirus infection (ie fever, dry cough, aches, feelings of nausea, nausea)
c. are waiting for a test result (you must assume you are infectious)
MUST NOT be at or near the premises and must be self-isolating at home.
5\. COVID refund: A full (100%) refund (or postponed date) will be given to those able to digitally present a POSITIVE COVID test result or can show (with written evidence) they are a carer for those who test positive for coronavirus infection.
6\. COVID restrictions on-site: those safe to attend will be required to wear an acceptable face covering indoors, to keep 2m apart from individuals not in our bubble, to wash and sanitise hands upon entry/exit and before dining or sharing equipment. Hand sanitising stations will be made available at all necessary points.
7\. You must be physically fit to walk at least 1km across a possible muddy farm with a slight incline for the foraging experience.
8\. Allergies / Intolerances: You must let us know of any allergies you might have before arrival and you must bring the necessary medication for any of your conditions. We will accommodate for those with specific dietary requirements.
9\. The farm houses livestock including sheep, pygmy goats, cattle, horses and chickens which visitors can handle under the supervision of our staff ONLY. The farm is also home to some wild animals (deer, rabbits, birds of prey) with natural behaviour that we cannot control; you must therefore stay within the boundaries given in the briefing upon arrival. A member of staff will always be with you at all times.
10\. Ticks: The farm has a very low presence of ticks (small spider-like insect with a bite that can resut in Lyme's disease). However, if you encounter a tick (size of a black pin prick), you must let us know immediately so we can advise on removal. If you find a tick / bullseye-like rash on your skin when you return home or within 48 hours of the event, remove and contact your local GP/ call 111 immediately.
11\. Cancellation Policy: A full refund given if cancellation is within 30 days of ticket purchase. Tickets must be purchased in full at time of booking (no deposit required).
12\. Private groups: Get in touch at info@moorwildexperiences.co.uk for specific group requirements and to make sure the groups gets the most of the experience
